A shame to hear that this goes on. Can I ask why it's not permitted to talk about specifics publicly? I'd have thought that if there's no formal punishment for deceptive managers within the game, we should at least be able to 'out' them on the forums to discourage this sort of thing from happening. That's certainly how it works on other management games I play where the community element is valued, and maintaining relationships with other managers is as important as the game mechanics themselves. Self-policing if you like.

As a separate question, do scout reports come back immediately, or is there a period you have to wait for the results? Thanks.

Admin made the rules donks ago.

The same admins then pissed off into the ether, so I don;t know why we decide to stick to any ruels they have anyway.

Scout reports come back immediately. They renew at training update. You get 5 per week that do not carry over.

The 'Game rules' link below, 'Community Rules' tab explains the no accusations rule. No reasoning why. But if I remember correctly, some have been punished in the past for pointing out obvious lies on transfer lists though I believe it's been a while since the last punishment happened. Again, I could be wrong there as well.
Many keep their own 'black list' of managers they refuse to buy from for various reasons.
