Okay, where to begin...

First, I'm sorry to be that guy, I know how being on the wrong end feels and I know how much it stings.

I also know, having scouted a few of your players, that it is only a matter of time before you win an Iron Bowl, and that Lady Luck definitely assisted me today. So PLEASE don't do what I did when I got defeated and sell off your players. This is a very good team you have - one of, if not the best I've ever seen - and you need to keep it together for another very realistic shot at the title.

I am not just saying that - seeing how many of your players had 4 or 5 fully trained positions blew my mind. That is not possible in a small league like Oceania and the versatility of your squad made it incredibly tough to plan for. Honestly I did not know what to expect. It did force me to gamble on defense by using a defensive formation I have never used, and it could easily have backfired. In every game in the AFLC this season, I started a 19 year old rookie at MLB and got away with it for the most part. I knew I could not do that today.

As I said, luck played a large part - had you gained 4 or 5 extra yards before halftime, it could well have been me congratulating you, as your guys were finishing strong in the second half. And I could only hope to be as gracious as you in defeat.

So much respect mate, for I have never encountered a team as powerful and flexible as yours before. Like I said, it's only a matter of time until it's you cracking open the beers with Iron Bowl in hand, and more likely sooner than later.

Now... Even though it's around 6:30am here, it's time to crack open that beer and enjoy the sunrise. As for those behind the various well-wishing PMs, thank you

Thank you. Not that it surprises me in any way, but you're a very classy winner. I'm sure you would have been gracious in defeat, too. But there was no need for it because you made exactly the right moves. You'll never know in GI, but I think your defensive lineup really did made a difference. That's what Champions do.

I won't sell off my team, there's no reason to. I'll ride into the sunset if I don't have the money anymore, but as long as I play AFLC, I'll make significant profits.

I hope the beer tasted as well as it should have.
