@ ADMIN..... The match between Panteras del Averno & CHINA HAPPY LION on the 09/11/2023 bugged and the result shows as 0-0. Both teams show as having played only 1 game in the league table while other teams have played 3.

I know the games about to die but thats been a full week with no attempt made to rectify the situation before the next round of games today.

This was engine problem.
Game was replayed now and it will be processed with the next batch of the games.
We will update the league table then as well.

And where did you hear the game was about to die?
Owner was publicly open about it and he said (I quote) "Until at least the basic costs are covered, there is no intention to close down the game".

Posts like yours are only making others who read them sceptical (and maybe then someone will not buy supporter account because of it).
So, if (when) the game will die is totally up to the users. And if you care about the game, then please stop posting that the game will die.

I have supported the game from the day i joined and still do to this day. I also choose to do it every 3 months so as to keep some money coming in to the game.
(IMO having an ultimate supporter option has severely hindered the game financially)

You also have folk already not renewing memberships(as seen in a thread today) because the community buy out info that come to light has put them of doing so.

I would imagine that like myself those who support the game at the moment will continue to do so as long as it is still available. If the game is not making a loss at the moment then it will most likely continue with the support of the current players.

The problem is that the game engine will never be updated with new features due to lack of funding which results in no new human players paying to support the game. It really is a shame because there is so much scope for improvement along with a massive increase in human participation.

There are also many topics/posts discussing the game deterioration and lack of communication for many years now and i don't believe my post will have any influence on folk renewing their supporters account. Most long term supporters realise the game is not going to be here forever. It does not take a rocket scientist to come to this conclusion.

PS. Discussing the possible sale of the game on the public forum has done much more damage to the longevity of grid-iron than any supporting customer could ever do.

On the hindsight, yes, it was a mistake discussing it publicly on the forum, but the initiative based the buy-out project on community and their support and owner wanted to help the initiative - as his intentions were nothing but good, if you believe it or not.

But posts in the style of "game is about to die" do additional damage. And is it really necessary to do it then?

Look, owners livelihood doesn't depend on this game for a long time now (and neither does ours - the admins). The game is still running because quite a few of you are still enjoying it, and that's why the quote I mentioned (that the owner will continue supporting the game to at least run for as long as you guys will support the game with supporters in the way at least basic costs are covered).

Yes, laughter is not a crime, but you are smart enough that you know that previous post was not appropriate and was only a provocation.
This post - nothing wrong with it.
