I do not remember who the previous New Zealand coach was, but he did a hell of a job getting to the 1/4 finals.
New Zealand has 5 active teams and none of them has been here for very long. less than a dozen of the NT players play on active teams. The only decent QB is retiring at the end of the season his back up is 35 and the 3rd qb seems to only be around to push the back up qb's weelchair
It s a very ageing team that is in urgent need of fresh blood. I think I'll try to do my best with what s available. I have already found a few new faces that can be plugged in straight away and will continue to try to find at least one player per position for the future. the next 3 to 4 seasons will be tough for new zealand....
So if anyone of you has a minimum 3.5 talent player that fits the bill let me know even if he is 4 or 5 seasons away from a NT call it will at least be worth passing it to the next New Zealand coach.
