Hi everyone,

I'm new on Grid-Iron and after reading the Help/FAQ I infd it incomplete... Being a great fan of american football I've been looking for a game like this for a long time so I'm really going forward in it. But I'm gonna need your help ... (sorry for my english by the way )

Well, I have a few questions to ask :
What are the first things to do (or not to do) when we start in the game ? For exemple about the staff, the constructions or the transfers ? My stadium is actually upgrading for 250 additionnal seats.

To hire a better coach than the one I've got currently is necessary but what kind of coach is the best thinking about my finances and his skills ?

That will be all for now, thanks a lot

alright, just making sure As far as level of coaches go it comes down to preference. I went with a coach who was good in one group early rather than spreading it out across the board. I feel it is better to get really good at one area than slowly improve all areas. fitness defense and tactical all work well for this.

Thanks.
In the thread "please read this before you do anything" --> Coaches what does this sentence mean : When hiring a new coach it is important to note that you need to have 10 weeks worth of salary in reserve in order to purchase said coach. ?

Yupp, if the coaches have a wage of 10k a week, then you need to have that x10 + the sign on fee

When you go to buy a coach, you need to have 10 weeks of his salary available before you buy them.

For example, if your coaches cost 30,000, you'll need to have 300,000 dollars plus whatever the sign on bonus is for it to let you hire them. It won't take out all 300,000, but it's a way of making sure you don't just max out coaches right away.

Great, I understand now
Well, I'll wait a longer time before I hire my new coach ^^

Is it necessary to hire new doctors ?

What training intensity should I choose, knowing the energy of my players is full ?

And the youth academy, not important right now ?

1. no
2. average is my choice, some argue an average x4 intense variation. My biggest advice from my point of view is don't go with max training as it will hose your players energy and drive down his market value for most coaches.
