When I scout an other teams player does the owner of the team receives a note about the scouting?

Pretty certain they don't. 99.9% sure. Unless noone's ever scouted my team and random teams don't ask me why I scouted their player who's not even in my region...

there i order a scour on your RB the first player listed if you got a notice the the answer is yes if you didnt then the answer is no

Then the answer to this question is NO the coach dont get a notice that someone ordered a scouting report on a player

Today I gave the scout option a first try. Is there an option to this exactly these stats for the own players? Where can I see the rating per position?

We want to be able to scout your own player because you can't see ratings for position for your own players.
