In season 14 I am going to be in The North American IV.24 division. I looked at some of the rosters of the teams I. The division and practically crapped myself. There rosters had several stars more than I had BPOS wise. Does anyone have any recommendations as I am currently buying better oline, dline, and safeties.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Only three teams there are humans, the rest are bots. One of the humans will be promoting. You might have to spend two seasons in Div IV, but that won't hurt you, in fact I spent two seasons in Div IV myself (promoting this time). If you are going to buy more/better players, keep an eye on the wages, you do not want to dig yourself into a hole because of debt.

That being said, against human teams passing tends to be the best option currently, so look at your potential receivers. If you have one good receiver, put him by himself on one side, put the rest on the other side, and attack the side with the good receiver.

If you have two good receivers, put them on the same side, then attack that side.

If you have three or four good receivers, then it doesn't matter, let the QB decide.

At least that has been my theory thus far and it has been working. Against the bots, I line up with two TE's, a FBL, a FBR, and a HBC and run up the center.

The only reason I worry is because I have very poor offensive line. Yesterday accidentally bought someone with 83,000 dollars per week, he is on the market as we speak. I worry as my other offensive linemen are 3 stars with less than 8 blocking. In the friendlies playing. Against a division 3 team I lost 7-0 probably because I had that expensive lineman manning the left side and didn't give up a sack all game. I have a passing offense as my 4 star running back has 8 speed and no blocking talent whatsoever. I have 1 young receiver in the making, a good young receiver, and two stud receivers. My defensive line controls the game and I have up and coming studs playing linebacker. My secondary other than 1 cornerback is disgusting. I want to buy some of the 50,000 dollar players off the market but i have 70,000 in the bank not including 15,000 dollars worth of bids. I'm really just bidding in dlinemen to change to a 4-3 as all the other teams I play in friendlies are running 4-3. I am worried about the money for both offensive and defensive lineman about the wages changing in the offseason. I have 2 great quarterbacks but one of the is playing kicker for now. Any ideas on the players i should go for on the market?

if the division is full of bots, then dont buy players. if you are buying players, you'll just be wasting money on wages and still only get the same number of wins for the season. use the season to collect money, bpos and stadium seating. then attack in season 15.

the is a bot promoting from V.71. and the V.72 team is 3 weeks old. so you only worry is the 2 current teams staying and whomever relegates from higher up (most likely a bot).

editt// III.8 has all bots relegating!

at some stage, you'll have a speedbump in your team career that you wont be able to afford wages for the right players to get the division win. it might be level IV or III. Might as well be the lowest level when you dont have to fork out for higher wages and in a league that's easier to get wins.

I went into Division IV with all my OL's at less than 8 on blocking, as I promoted in a single season from V to IV and was still training physicals (still training those on many players actually).

Defense wise I run a 3-4 (I wanted to do a 4-4 but I needed more pass coverage). If you are interested, I'm willing to do a friendly with you if you make a challenge before any of mine are accepted. That would give you an idea of where you stand vs a Division IV team if you have not had a recent chance to do that. I'll even give you my offensive and defensive lineups if you want to try and set a particular offense and defense to try for maximum performance.

How does one determine their new division on promotion? I will be moving up to division III and would like to see what I might be looking at. Thanks.

Or divide you current division by 3, and round up if required.

Would it be ok if I take you up on that friendly offer next week as I already have one for the week?
