Wow I am such an idiot, I had this guy in my roster from a youth pull - pretty sure he was my QB plan a few seasons ago but must have forgotten about him and thought he was for mt replacing CB in the next few seasons. Think he is going to waste as a CB, what do you guys think ?

Tim McMahon (ID 1452151) 4.5 talent - 19 y/o

19 Int
19 Cons
Sp + Str only caps
201 cm tall
12 Aggression

Yeah he would've been a great QB, and still can be.

I'd say keep both and develope both as QBs. As you'd make a mint if both were 5.0 BPOS QBs and skills 7-10 in say 3 seasons time. But since you are short of cash now, maybe get some quick coin now?

I say keep the Aussie bloke though, cos not many of us invest in home grown talent. And he is a year younger also than the import also.

p.s. I have to ask. How on earth did you loose track of such a talent in your roster? Last edited on 2013-08-23 at 5:45

That will be a seriously good QB in the future for the NT. 19 is still young enough to get some very productive years out of him, even with a position change.

I wish I could invest more in local talent, but the way my youthpulls have been lately (everything below 3.5* for months) it's next to impossible. Not that I'm buying much in the market anyway these days. I think I currently have... two Aussie starters (maybe 3 if you count a gunner lol)? One is a team original DT (so not the most important position, though he's solid enough but I probably won't take him to skills high enough for NT), while the other is an OT I bought off someone else (and may potentially be NT material)...

P.S. I have to also ask, how the hell do you lose track of someone like that?!

Haha I know, its crazy I cant believe I have done it myself. I can only put it down to a late night/ drunk youth pull where I would have gotten all excited at the time, but then gone through a busy period where I was only coming on in small dribs and drabs to update the bare minimum. Forgot all about my plans for him. DERRRP major DERP.
