A good effort, I wish you luck with making the final again next season (I hope you'll pardon me if I don't wish you good luck for the actual final).

Losing the regional cup was the least of your worries; you need a victory over that bot team this week to get to the TD and escape the Queensland Sooners' reign of terror over division II.3.

Thats a typical card board box statement. "A good effort" (smart ass)

You couldnt even change from default orders for a challenge. What do you do for a job? Teacher? Storeman, traindriver. I bet its something really boring.

BuiltForSpeed, your slavering idiocy is becoming duller by the day. You have contributed nothing of any value to any conversation I have seen in months and fail to even amuse anymore. It's a shame there is no function available to me to block specific users on the forums, I have no doubt that virtually all the remaining TD coaches would take ready advantage of this to avoid the chance of having to read any of your mind numbing stupidity and trollish behaviour. I very much doubt any will ever be added either given the level of development that the game receives.

Still before I start simply ignoring you at least I can take one small pleasure... having defeated you in the cup semis I expect you will be quitting as you so loudly proclaimed before the game.

I have a huge reply to this but i will cut it short. I am stirring you.
And to apply a comment that may make you develop some balls, why is it you cannot have to gumption to import some players at least and have a real go at winning the AFLC?

I just want to see some sort reaction from you. And whether my contributions to the forums are of any amusement to you, i dont care. Your comment is a sledge too by the way. I have stated something rarely good recently. But thats complacent and boredom for you.
Mate, just have a go and be a bit more exiting. We are all waiting for the new engine and you are obviously the best manager since day dot.
Just spice it up a bit for the lads, and stop being so damn serious.

Lol, I am actually very lucky to be stepping up to the TD. I fielded a bot Defense against NSW bulls the week prior and it ended up being V close. Not to mention 2 much better teams than mine going bot mid/ late season allowing me to leap-frog them. I know I needed another DIV 2 season to get my shit sorted before I can mix it in TD but a season early will have to do. Here I come

Kinda agree with BFS here. Whats the point in having a team full of Aussie players when you know they cant win the AFLC. I think if he did his team or managment skills may be under threat. You cant complain though with so many cups, faulcon must have shit loads of money to buy and manage some better players...anyways, my 2 bits worth.

The point with having a team full of local players is they aren't just australian, they're all from my own youth academy (several from the original roster). I haven't the inclination to search the transfer list for better players (I haven't bought a single player in the whole time I've played the game), to really be a chance to win the ALFC I'd need to have all my players with 4.5* minimum talent and 18/18+ physical stats. Without supporter to see physical caps that's much harder to track. And there is certainly no way I'm paying for the game when it's obvious that the makers have given up on it and are just letting it run for as long as they can make some money out of it. There will never be any more development done on this game, the only reason I've stuck around this far is because of inertia and the low time demand. Do I have enough money lying around to make a fair bid? Sure (Cash : $ 93,979,985). Is there any real reason to try? I can't think of one any more. I had some hope for the game early on but it hasn't progressed to the point of being a moderately decent generic sports management game and for an american football sim it's terrible.

Heck, this is as good a time as any I suppose, might as well go through with what I've been thinking pretty much since the start of the season. Expect a lot of pretty handy players on the market in the next couple of days.
