cool. just buy things when you know you can afford them. doesn't mean you have to wiat for a certain milestone.

eg buying a training hall and having no off/def/tac/kic coaches isn't really a problem. i mean, you are still gaining extra training points, so it isn't a waste.

but you don't wanna be paying for these extras, and the cashflow is slow and it hinders you exec building process. just do the math and figure what is best financially for your team.

hawkins - depending on his TW, with no coaches and no training hall will take 8 to 11 weeks to pop on passing. pretty normal for new managers.

good thing about a training hall, is if you build it right, and do your updates after the wednesday economy update, but before your friday training update, you practically get it for free that week.
