I have now 10 offense coaches. I want to have 20. How much have I to type into Hire coaches dialog ? 20 ? How much will I pay sing-on bonus ? Only for 10 new coaches or for all 20 ?

I think he's asking if it's an incremental raise or if he has to pay the entire sum.

If that is your question then the answer is that the sign on bonus is always the same no matter how many times you bump your coaching staff. To sign on a level 10 coach you have to pay $52,500 in bonuses. To then later hire on a level 20 coach you still have to pay an additional $90,000 in bonuses. You do not get credit for amounts that have already been paid in bonuses.
