Is there a limit on how mcuh can be spent on a player, there is an average QB on sale for 350K, there must be something fishy going on there

especially since the guy who bid has a QB whose probably better than the bum he's bidding on. but that's based on an assumption.

Sorry its actually a safety, not QB, but i suppose the position is irrelevant considering the amout involved
