Welcome to the game!

Place an add in the friendlies section, and write what you did here. Look for stadiums around 10-15k for maximum revenue (200k+)

Community (at top) > Ads (left sidebar) > Friendly Games (near top again)

Post there and someone will challenge you. You can also challenge anybody that posts there as well.

Do you know the phrase "learnig by doing"

For me, Training is tactical/fitness/defending ... i.e. it's what you control via the training page.

There's also BPOS training which can only be done by playing games.
