You can't sell part of you seats. It's all or nothing. So if you sell seats, be sure you have a period of time to re-build the stadium. You won't have any home game income during the building phase as you'll have no seats. Building time is 15 days.
If I remember correctly, you get half of what it cost to build it. So, figure up how many seats you have of each type, multiply each type by how much that type costs. Add those together to find the total cost of building the stadium, then divide by 2.
The cost to build each seat type is
VIP - 700
Exec - 400
regular - 250

dude you are in some serious trouble with your team! you need to be getting rid of those high salary players and old guys, there shouldnt be anybody on that roster with over 5k per week wages when your stadium is that small! dont destroy the stadium try and sell some of the expensive wage players that arent over 25 years old and just fire the rest try picking up some 16-18 year olds for 5k or less.

theres no point in buying prom otion to div4 with bad old players as your just gonna end up back down in 5 or lose your team to bankruptsy. how far in the red are you?

I should be fine.I'm getting rid of ten this week lol either selling or firing.I will go about 250,000 in the red after this week, but I will make 300,000 from my home game the week after.Yes I gambled lol either way it's been fun but I think I will be fine.

so when are you gonna find the time and money to become a consistent good team with a sustainable income, a team for the future and coaches/facilities? chances are there will be a bot in your div4 next season but no guarantees there as some humans are relegating meaning 3 teams will be heading back to div5 i reckon you wont be able to change your management style and stay up which means running along the redline to survive again which risks losing your team or you get relegated so why bother rushing to go up in the 1st place Team Chemistry will mean something next season so replacing your whole team each week around the wage paying day isnt gonna cut for long with real opposition...

Why the hostility lol.I don't take the game to seriously.I've enjoyed my time whether I win or lose.I don't think I will even promote and your right I may go broke, but it's a bit of fun for me that's free. All I did was ask a question lol.I actually prefer the challenge this was because otherwise from one game to the next I would be twiddling my thumbs on here.

fair enough no hostility intended i just took the time to have a look at your team and felt you needed to be warned of the dangers your team is facing
