That's the right way to go, train the physical skills until they cap, then train the primary skills.

For your stadium, you should try to reach 36.000, since that is the basic attendance in Div.V for the league games!

I had it in V, got around 35k a week, but Ive never been below 2nd..

If I remember correctly it has a payback of around the same as regular seats, so get all VIP and executives first..

i would say go for 43.000 or more
i sold out my 42.876 seat stadium in the last 4 game´s
