What magic number do you guys settle on for Stamina before you stop training this stat. I've set an early figure of 7 currently but should I be pushing this higher to 10 or so.
Just looking a ball park figure for optimal training.

Cheers

Being honest, its not something I've focused that much on. Dont even know if it has much of an impact on this engine either.

Because I always train up physicals first to see where they cap, stamina usually ends up being 6/7 for me.

Don't think there is, or has been, any sufficient evidence it makes a difference? Maybe in the next engine this will change..?

I have noticed that my team has "run out of steam" in cup matches against longer-established opponents from higher divisions. This season I was ahead of a Div.III team until the 4th and I conceded 14 points to lose. Similar thing happened a couple of seasons ago. I put it down to their having had more time to train on physicals.

I'd be with Emeraldfin, I don't really train stamina on its own (apart from when a player has been well trained in other areas) but I train the physical skills until they're capped, so stamina gets trained too.

I was working off this equation from 'The center for rookies'

In game match rating = BPOS + positional stats effect (i.e catching etc.) +/- stamina effect +/- consistency effect +/- team chemistry effect

7's will do for now

Cheers guys
