well you challenge someone by going to their team page and clicking the challenge button if it is not greyed out(this means the team is unavailable for a friendly.) Challenges can be found by posting your team here in this thread or by clicking on the name of the user who asked for a friendly in the same thread. Hope that helps

Do you also look in the friendly requests thread even though it's quite obvious what's going to be here and we're both occupied in the way of friendlies anyways. Just don't like seeing the green people...
