It is not important how many seats you have but how much income you get.

2625 normal seats means 78.750 $, 2625 executive an overall income of 183.750 $ per game at the moment.

This is true, but you must understand that there is no way to see what seats your opponents has. Hence, why people only give the number of seats in the stadium.

If Users were clever (or dumb - if they have alot more income than their stadium capacity suggests) they would state the Friendly income.
