Why are you soo intent in saying that over the past few years the Cowboys are far better most normal fans know when there team is having trouble and admit it unlike the obsessed one that claim everything is a lie

Eagles have been far better than the Cowboys over the past few years winning in the playoffs and we also have a QB who can hold the ball with out butter fingers along with a better Running back and a Great WR that isnt a Diva cry baby like that loser that Wants the ball all the time but always leads the league in drops along with being paranoid

Cowboys are having a better year than the Eagles (Cowboys 9-5 and Eagles 8-4-1). They've done better recently. Advantage Cowboys

Romo has a broken finger, butter fingers?? OK... He's sat out several games and still has a better completion percentage than McNabb. McNabb has 504 attempts and only 307 completions. That's only 61%. Romo has 366 attempts and 231 completions. That's 63%. Who's the better QB now? Advantage Cowboys

Westbrook is a beast for sure, but you can't take anything away from Barber. That man is a diesel truck! But let's talk straight stats. Westbrook has 841 yards Rushing to Barbers 872. Westbrook has 319 receiving yards to Barbers 390.Advantage Cowboys

Moving on to your better Receivers. The best receiving threat the Eagles have this year is Jackson with 852 yards and 2 TDs. Owens has 886 receiving yards and 9 TDs on the year. (Not to mention he's about to shatter the all time receiving TDs record)Advantage Cowboys

The next best Eagle receiver you have is Baskett with 440 yards and 3 TDs. This doesn't even compare to the Cowboys TE!!! Witten is arguably the best and most versatile TE in the NFL right now with 815 yards and 3 TDs himself.Advantage Cowboys

Now who is the 'die hard fan' that doesn't know when to throw in the towel? Every one of your points was defeated. Go away Eagle man. The Cowboys are kickin your ass this year.Last edited on 2008-12-18 at 5:36

Honestly, I don't see where Tahl has been intent on saying that the Cowboys have been "far better" anywhere in here. He's all but come out and said that the Eagles have been better in the playoffs over the last decade. And anyone who can honestly say that the Cowboys haven't been the better team in the last couple of years isn't watching much football.

Along with the rest of the team from the mid 90s.

You mean late late 80's to the mid 90's.... I can still remember being in High School in 91 when I heard on the radio how the Cowboys were at a training camp at some catholic high school and tore up the stadium. I mean off time tore it up. Chairs and tables all busted up, cafeteria looked like a junk yard... man I ALMOST disowned them at that time. In fact I think I took a year off of being their fan that year.

I'll be honest, as a kid I was a Cowboy fan. That all changed after their last Super Bowl win(I was 7 or 8 at the time) because I just couldn't stand hearing about everyone getting in trouble anymore.

To my credit, instead of just jumping ship straight to another contender, I went to an expansion team and started following the Jaguars. Little did I know they'd almost make the Super Bowl in their 2nd year of existence.

I hope that doesn't happen to my son(who has decided to be a GIants fan.) I gave him the same speech that my dad gave me about the lions when I was a kid. "son, I love this team, but they are really really bad. you don't have to punish yourself by rooting for them, Daddy would like it, but you can pick your own team."

I have to hand it to the boy he did pick the Giants two years before the super bowl. He likes Pierce as an LB. Madden wins over another generation

Of course rooting for the Buckeyes, was non-negotiable
