Hi.
If I use a plaer much in a position he can't play would he at some time get it as his natural? or is it only if it stands that he at minimum if needed can play that pos?

Train him fitness first. STR and SPD below 10 is very weak imo.

That's a REAL long term project, he'd need 2-3 seasons of training to start for a team this season. so my advice would be give him the ol heave ho.

That guy has a lot of potential. Good RB's are to easy to come by, make him something else, probably on offense.
