I decided to adapt my LB on QB. He has nice stats INT 20,Vision 7,Pass5 and speed 13. I expected after some matches his description to contain a QB option. Still nothing...
What does it mean? Any other stat needed?

Give him more time adapt, the more he plays QB the sooner he will change his natural position.

As far as understood it well it depends how well he played on the position. Which is influenced also by position experience. The better he plays on position the more the position rises in the description.
What I dont understand why, in my opinion with very good stats,has he only one star in every game?

Well, there is no way to calculate that...

Although, I do believe experience does increase the time it takes.

It does happen to other my players,whose got natural position quite quickly..

Of which, they probably had a better positional rating at that position before you played them in that position...

Like I said, it is hard to calculate.

You could scout your player and see what his rating is.
