Yes I think he's good, and I'd train passing or stamina.

he's good. if all your coaches are equal or offense is higher train passing. if tactical is higher train tactical general, if fitness is high train stamina.

Who would you make you top QB?

#1 - 8 Passing, 13 Intelligence, 4 Vision
#2 - 7 Passing, 12 Intelligence, 5 Vision
#3 - 6 Passing, 19 Intelligence, 7 Vision

All have natural position of QB and roughly the same rating and experience. Consistency is average for all of them.

My Spread Sheet says #3, but I wonder if I'm underweighting passing...

The last one, no doubt about it. The int and vision outweighs the passing, in other word i agree with you but then again, that's just my humble opinion.

Could you add consistency, teamwork, and positioning? With all that information I'd say 3.

#3 as Intelligence is a constant, where as the other two skills are variables...

I guess I was asking who is the best QB now, not in the future. I think #3 is the obvious choice for the future. Anyway, consistency was all about the same 9, 12 & 10.

even now #3 "should" be better given the total sum of stats

1- 27
2- 24
3- 32

that's a big differential.
