And when 5 stars are sold for as much as 8 million - right from the youth pull, no wonder 4½ stars go for 1+ million.

I have done my bad buys and am off the transfer market for now... I can not afford the big players (eg. 4½-5 star talent) and would be kicking myself from here to Maine if I ended up with a team of players with 60k+ wages.

Training an attribute to 15 already puts the wage at 37k and a 3 star talent should be able to make this before the cap.

Now, I am not saying that 41 and 5 star players are not worth it, but for most teams they are an income and I would rather look at teamwork since 20 teamwork will give you 10 training points / week. But if I had the money, my team would be full of 4½ / 5 star talent, but since I will be broke for the next many seasons, I stick to my 3/3½/4's and occasional 4½'s. 5's are sold.

I know, but there is a general hype right now and if you post a good ad, you're likely to come out with some bucks.

But I have found 4 and 4½ star talent for cheap money - just don't bid on ads and use scouts or a polite mail and you can find them all around.
