when i go to training details and it shows these bars that have different colors, what does it mean?

How close they are to next point in that attribute. Player needs 100 points to advance an attribute. When the bar fills up, whatever stat that is goes up by 1. Check out the training section in the Help/FAQ, it goes into more detail.
