Yeah, market prices vary greatly -- different people value different things. Obviously, Guru make a good point about fitness, but I guess that's not an issue for others.

I had a marginal player sell for $100k and I have no idea why, other than the bidders got carried away.

He was my player, and he was my star player...after i got 18 years old youngster for his position, he was good only for backup or selling. Since he was one of the star players in my team i would give him only for 40 k and no less, so i tried that price on the market- remarkably it went throught.... no funny deals here(if we exclude stupidity of the german manager...:crazy
