I haven't found anything on the fitness for the next season. Will it be reset to 100% in the offseason?

Everything carrys on the same. Except that if you go up a Division your sponsors will improve.

If your fitness resets, so too would all the player skills and experience.

Not true...

In all other games I play player's fitness or in that games tiredness reset at end of season but skills and experience remains...
