From the FAQ:
Talent has no direct influence on training as such. It does however limit how high a player can reach in his skills. If a player has talent;
1 then his maximum is 11
2 then his maximum is 12
...
10 then his maximum is 20



OK.. So that means that Talent maxes at 10 instead of 20? Honestly the stars confuse me as much as anything, but I'm assuming that the max number of stars is always 5. Then a 4 star talent would have a talent of 8, and his skills would max at 18. A 2 star talent would max at 14. Is this correct?
