That's not good! Who did he play for? Did someone go bot and get replaced?

Just two questions regarding player scouting and the selection of players for the NT (this is probably more so directed at Celt and Eanna but all opinions would be useful as some of you guys may be future NT coachs).

First question is when you guys were selecting players, did you have a cut off point in relation to a players BPOS? What I mean is would a player with for example 3.5/4 star BPOS be called up or would you primarily focus on players with either 4.5/5 stars at BPOS? Reason I ask is I'm trying to filter the first post on this thread with players that actually have a chance of being called up in the future.

Secondly, with a decent amount of Irish managers in the game and more good Irish players becoming available for selection, would you prefer if Irish managers sent you on a players details by PM when recommending their players? Reason I ask is it might save having to use callups on players to see their abilities and give the NT coach a better perspective of what players are available.

Excellent stuff guys, appreciate the feedback. This way at least we all have an idea what is required for the NT when recommending players, which as you guys said will greatly help the NT coach.

Apart from buying Graeme Noonan I haven't had any national team players but I have a couple almost ready for the big stage and I am going to devote a bunch of time to developing new Irish players I feel I haven't done enough in this area and it's time to step up I have felt before that buying in the talent was the way forward but I feel different now.
