I'd be quite happy to do the job - but I actually thought that other people might want to do it - which is why I said I wasn't going for it again!

There is not much to it as Steve did the hard work in assembling the original squad. I changed it around a bit but the core roster is still there. There aren't that many Irish players out there so scouting isn't that difficult (although Sam Kidd did find a good player we had missed recently...) After that it's just a matter of putting together the gameplan. I really enjoyed doing that, particularly as there are a lot of very good players in the squad and I could select purely on the quality of the player and not worry about his salary breaking the bank!

If anyone really wants it, then please post a reply. Otherwise I will put my name down on Friday.
The important thing is that we field a competitive team and get a couple more wins!
