I found a player on the transfer market who had the following stats (I think nobody is ever gonna buy him)


22 year old Kick returner


Wage $ 21,760 p/w
SKILLS
Positioning 11 Tackling 4 Punting 2
Vision 13 Blocking 5 Speed 13
Intelligence 14 Passing 2 Strength 9
Footwork 3 Catching 1 Agility 4
Carrying 5 Kicking 2 Stamina 5


Can someone explain me why a Kick returner should have 11 in Positioning and 13 in Vision???

My kick returner could have even 13 in Vision and Positioning...


...but at age of 22 they would have also skill 13 in other skills for sure.

This player is definetely crap - imho.

yeah, because other skills are crap! vision and posititiong are secondaries for a kick returner?

Dont know if primary or secondary - but with time and decent building my top Returner has all at 10:

Positioning, Vision, Carrying, Footwork, Catching, Agility

I prefer to roundbuild players and hope to have some "hits" on the needed primary and secondary skills...

...and overall the player to perform better

my KR has 10 in pos and 15 in vision

but also 15 in agi and footwork..

but thats mostly because i just ran out of things to train him in...

Exactly the same to me - difference is: i try to "delay the ran out" so i round build him/them right from the beginning

All the values on mine are near to 11 so in 3-4 week all 6 will pop up - by the end of the season possibly even the first to hit 12

Exactly the same to me - difference is: i try to "delay the ran out" so i round build him/them right from the beginning

All the values on mine are near to 11 so in 3-4 week all 6 will pop up - by the end of the season possibly even the first to hit 12



mine happened because i initially ignored him then suddenly noticed his agility had gone to 14, so then set about training all the other skills up..

then again he's been in training for it ever since KRs were introduced..

Exactly - this is the second step on a few of my guys -> getting their BPOS up in the "second" position - at the end i want to have 3 KR/RB Dual players in total.
