Hmmm, now I´m kind of confused.

I have Lvl 5 Defense & Fitness Coaches. The others are still at Lvl 1. Don´t remember the Sign-n Bonus, but their wage is at 16.250/week.

When I max everybody out to Lvl 20, it reads wage 125.000/week and Sign-On Bonus 375.000

I´ve read in the forum about the "10 week" cost thingy, but can´t find it anywere else. Does that mean, that if I get those maxed out coaches I need to have 10x125.000 + 375.000 in cash to sign them?

Dont be confused, I was only maxing out one caoch, and not them all

Look at the 10 * $125,000 as an incentive for the coach to join. You do not have to pay this upfront, just $125,000 each week.

$375,000 is a one off payment.

Yup, what Guru says.

To max them all you need to have $1,250,000 (10 x $125,000) in the bank just so they can look at you and say, "yeah this guy/girl's got the backing, I can work there"
They will then take $375,000 from you as a bonus when you click "Hire!", and then $125,000 a week on Wages/Economy day (Wednesday) from then on.

Well i think this will help everyone out i never did put the time 10 into the signing of a coach either way i need more cash before i can do anything as 400k isnt much to work with

Urgh! Never knew about the 10 weeks until now. But I still can´t find a word about it in the FAQ or the staff site. Where is that info?

But thanks for clearing that question. Although I now need to think about another way to spend my money.

You cannot afford to hire coaches of such quality!
You need to have enough money for bonus and 10 wages on your bank account before the directors of your club will allow you to proceed with the transaction (note that your active player bids are also added to this calculation)!

From the error message trying to buy a coach I can't afford. I'm looking for it in the FAQ's if it's not in the official one I am pretty sure it is in Guru's newbie guide
