I would pick 40, I would take that risk of those 3 yards for an extra try at the FG.

But if you dont want to take that risk, pick 35.

Go with 40, I didnt think it through.. Just didnt want you to put it at 25

I would advise you not to go with 40, but stay with 35. Your kickers can't make it from 40 (2 star rating and low skills). When you develop kickers you can switch to 40.

there are no guarantees from 40 regardless of how good your kicker is but id still rather try and miss 9/10 attempts than not try just to make sure their 2-3 yards closer to their endzone

His current kickers will likely miss 49/50, and on the other hand punter can punt few of those inside the 5 from that distance.

Just checked one of his games, and his punter never went below 28, so I'd say thats a false statement.. He wont punt a single ball inside the 5 from 18 yds..

Alright <23 Well, show me one time he does it, and tell me how many games youve gone through to find it, then we can work out an average if you not how many punts he does a game...

IMO the situation is so rare that it doesnt matter all that much.. Just go for it on 4th down from that distance if you dont believe in your kicker
