Does it matter for players how long they have played together, concerning their performance?

For instance, if you put a new QB in, will he need time to adapt before he can give his best performance etc.?

Team Chemistry is the only factor I assume.

I would guess yes. First there's what position the QB has for his BPOS. If he is not a natural QB when you put him in, then he will need an adjustment time no matter what.

Then there's the issue of team chemistry. Any time you put a new player in the lineup, it's going to take him time for him to get used to his teammates. No matter how good the player is, without chemistry the team will suffer a little. Look at players like Terrell Owens in real life.

If you don`t know, just say so. Don`t feed the newbies with vague answers.

Well, if thats the case, the forums would be absolutely dead, wouldn't they?

Would I not be right in saying that, if the forum was dead, then alot of this game would be dead? As alot of people enjoy playing this game because of the community, too.

Also, Seran is not a newbie. Infact, he has been here longer than you.

Lastly, Team Chemistry was the only thing I could think of, which is not a lie. I was just unsure if there was anything else.

I think there is a slightly nuance here...
It is the team chemistry that counts in player performance.
However, the players should not necessary play together to increase it.
It can be something like:
Player1 and player2 play in Team 1 of my club
Player3 and player4 play in Team 2 of my club
If all 4 increase their chemistry they start playing better, but I don't think that they will play worse if all 4 of them would be switched to Team1
I really don't think that a player has implemented a counter for ALL players he played with.

So my opinion is that it doesn't count if player play together, but rather if they played a lot in the same club.
