Normal to mix offense and defence?

Was just wondering whether it mattered if you put a optentially better player in the offense when it is in the defense roster, and the same way round as well.

Yeah, that's normal to those of us which base positions upon skills and not natural positions.

Just don't play them on both sides of the field, as there is a negative effect.

Thats nice and easy then Good ol' excel spreadhseet, currently building one up for my team, even if it does mean I only get basic stats like average talent, total skill point levels for players etc, still a damn useful tool hehe. I am also then going by the assumption that when they switch their natural position then they would switch from offense to defense team and vice cersa as its looks like their teams are based in their natural

I currently have a pistol formation setup but as peeps say its better at the moment to do running then I'll switch to something like wishbone once my spreadsheets are done
