This is by no means the rule, but my Gunners are 185lb and 200lb, i might increase then when i have free space in my nutrition center. But they need to be fast to get down the field so lighter rather than heavier.

My CB/SF's are all between 170-240lb but 5/8 are closer the 200lb mark. (To allow for high speed & agility)

And MLB - 265lb & 285lb, and one that I am going to increase to the 280lb mark also. (To have high strength but at the same time some speed)

OLB - Due to them having high speed they are 234-244lb. (To allow for high speed but some strength also)

Basically you can't have a set weight for them, it depends where their BMI is, some are taller/shorter etc so will have differing BMI's when associated with their weight, so its up to you to find that sweet spot where you utilize your Speed and Strength perfectly.

so the weight can range for player. like Gunners can range from 175 to 210 (Gunners weight 175 can perform as good as gunners weight 210)
but what do BMI stand for

Take a look at this thread, it contains the BMI (Body Mass Index) chart which shows what speed and strength is available at each BMI number.

at the moment i am putting players at the optimum bmi index ratio per position that i feel they should be at until its live. im taking a guess on my QBs optimum level but as long as all players are around the levels i feel they should be then i wont be worrying.

gunners, wr, cb, sf and krs are all around the 28-30 on the bmi chart for me.
