How long does it take on average for a player to switch positions? Also, does it take more time to switch if you are playing someone at a position where it is recommended they not play? My QB is already an OL after one game, whereas a TE that I am playing at SF kept his current talent but didn't switch.

Also, why was my K rated at half a star in the game, yet on his page he is listed as a 2 star?

Yes, it takes longer for a player to switch if their new position isn't one of the ones listed in their coach comments ... no idea how long it takes on average though ... your K was rated 1/2 star in game and 2 star on his page because the rating in-game takes into account player's fitness and consistency ratings as well, and I believe it may also factor in the numerical ratings relevant for their position. So if you have a 3-star kicker for example but he only is rated 1 in consistency, kicking, and punting, his match rating probably won't be 3 stars.

I haven't seen a more than half star kicker yet.

Prolly won't till kicking game gets fluff. I have a solid kicker that I feel should be at least 1.5 stars, but hes not.

I played 8 games total and most of my players have played in 5-8 games. About 30 percent now have there natural position switched over (but most of those guys had some ability at that position to start with). A couple of the players who didn't have any ability at a particular position, still don't (so that may take longer).

remember a key thing is that if your player was high rated at a position to begin with it is going to take a LONG time for him to outclass that position.
