With my remaining schedule against new teams and bot sides, I dont really need to level up my players in order to win games.

So in order to avoid larger saleries next season, would it be a good idea to keep my players from leveling up until next (the non physical attributes that is)?

Yeah of course Correct me if Im wrong, but I dont think you have trained the secondaries of your players anyway, so you might as well spend some time bringing them up to speed

In the unlikely case of ALL primary and secondary skills are on the same level and the physical skills are capped, train stamina.

Well its all nice and cozy to sit on a huge pile of money.
However you might prefer winning every season starting next season. So check the projected wage hike etc before training less useful skills.

As the purple duck says "Money will not win you divisional championships. its your players' skills, your game strategy, your opponents' players' skills, your opponents game strategy, your players' forms on gameday, your opponents players' forms on gameday that will"

Look at his team, doesnt seem likely.. Thats why he DO need money to build stadium while he gets enough talent on the team to start winning every season (which probably will be hard to do now as more teams have grown strong)

It seems like hes bought alot of players and some of them are probably high talent so I think he may have some of that. He does have to start training which will lead to winning which will lead to money to build which will lead to more money.

Well I disagree, with an 8k stadium it would be retarded to start focusing on training... Train physicals instead if he has "bought alot of players", theres no point in training anything else before you have at least full VIP/executive, which you dont need to train and win to do..

I would keep training as much as you can if you wanna won your division next season. There are team/s still better than yours in your division.

Again, I believe this is just a bad piece of advice.. Have you even looked at the oppponents?? He is not going to catch up to number 2 in the next season, and therefore would be far better of NOT training skills, but only physicals, FAR better long term.. The faster you can figure your caps and have a big stadium the faster you will be able to start rocking (which means more than a single promotion, or holding on to the TD with your nails just because you dont think longterm)

and hence has the foresight to have a looksee at the team whose manager seeks advice. The rest of us just made educated guesses.

As far as player wages are concerned, you can wallow in the saved player wages all you like, 1/2 a season of lost training is just that. Its not saved wages to build a stadium. Saving lots on wages to build a stadium makes sense only if you get real quality pieces in the TM to take that huge leap.

I m sure 9/11 players on your team are players that had all their skills trained up before you bought them.

And , "polly want a cracker?"
