If you can get 1 million for that kind of player, then perhaps I should sell a couple of my 3.5-4.0 talented youngsters with Intelligence 20 and Consistency 20

Sure you can try - from time to time there will be someone in "SD Mode" and place a bid

But you are right - 1 Mill is far to much for such a player - even 100K for me is a borderline price.

But hey - i dont have a clue of the game - Buffalo surely does... maybe he should ask some guys in the game who started later than him, do have a better team and an arena 2,5+ times bigger than him...

This week's youth pull is a INT 15 CONS 18 quarterback. Only 2 star talent, though.

Now in theory I could train this young slip of a lad up and he'll do a job for me. But his teamwork is low (so that means his developmental rate is lessened, yes?). So my dilemma is that even if I invest the next five years equipping him for the Big Time then the risk is that my team may have outgrown a 2 star QB's capabilities by then. And furthermore his wages, even if they stayed at 1K a week, will set me back 100K in that five years, without him ever being ready to help the side.

I've got to fire him, haven't I?

On a separate issue, is there any difference in the quality of youth pull the higher through the leagues one progresses? It strikes me as unlikely that someone competing in the top tier will have any use for youth pulls if they're of the quality I invariably get presented with.

I would fire him, yes Go for AT LEAST 3,5* talent and preferably 16-18+ int.. And actually 4,5* talent

No, there is no difference in quality of YPs, sometimes you just get lucky.. Think about the amount of time the guys in the higher leagues have spent, grants you alot of YPs..

Does anyone have a QB shorter than 6'?
I've got two players, both 4.5 talent star rating, high consistency, but they are 5'10" and 5'11".

Sure there are some, now. Because all QBs got random hight and weight, when the BMI-stuff was implemented for the new engine.
Some QBs got hights shorter the 6 feet mark.

Just look through the national team QBs.

The very good question would be, will there be some in the future?
Since it is stated that hight will effect vision, most players are looking for the NFL standard size QB, not a Doug Flutie kind of player.

Funny, official value is 6'0 (but some state this is with shoes on.)
What a dwarf. He has no future in the NFL, take my word.
