At talent for example which is better 4 half or 4?

The more stars, the better.
It starts with 0.5* and the highest is 5.0*.

the best is have players with 4,5* or 5* talent (max BPOS 5*)
very good is players with 3,5* or 4* talent (max BPOS 4,5*)
and for new teams are acceptable players 2,5* - 3* (max BPOS 4* )
lower talent is rubbish....
