well to a certain extent it is a skill to manage it. you have to make the choice to train intense and hose your fitness, or train average or lower and sacrifice some stats.

Well, I'm rock and soft rock, no christian rock, no metal, no country, and only rap if it's infused with a gorillaz song. What confuses me is guru saying hooning his girlfriend on the couch makes him happy. Hooning? What?

It's just a phrase my friends have been using lately. In terms of when you overthrow/overkick something = You hoon it. You basically destroy it. Use your imagination. :] I was just playing around!

But yes, the fact that you are 11 may have something to do with.
