Question: As the recover factor is randomized - is this always the same for a specific player?
With other words: If a player recovers very slowly, will this always be the same at this player?

I am training at average intensity recent weeks and observed, that regaining fitness is less and less effective. Players should have gained 0-2 fitness point every week, though in reality gains hardly averages at 0,6 points.

Does fitness gain depend on players' teamwork or the fitness level difference from maximum level(100%) ?

How many fitness points a player gets back is totally random

My players have finally regained a little bit, but its not enough for me to start winning games again.
This means im going to have to leave training on Very Low for about 3 months while my players get back to full fitness.
There doesnt appear to be a fitness skill so it seems pointless training fitness or increasing the fitness coach as now we discover that the weekly regain is completely random!!!

It's random within the confines of what you're training. For average this means that you have the same chance of getting zero points back, one point back or two points back

And training "Fitness" is for increasing skills like Speed and Strength, not regaining the current fitness level

Let me focus on the difference between training fitness and regaining fitness...
If you train fitness unfocused, you increase your strenght, speed and stamina skills. (Distribution of increase is unknown.)

What happens if fitness level is dropped from 100 to 96% as a result of intense training?
Are the 3 fitness skills listed above affected the way, that their skill level is 4% less in average than before? Or is it the stamina, that is affected only? (This would be the most realistic for me.)

Ok, so I now understand that by training fitness, it wont actually increase my fitness level, but only gain me points in the associated skills, which is fine.
But am I the only one who thinks that the players actual fitness should be a daily thing?
If my QB is at 100% and then plays a game and goes down to 70%, each day that he isnt playing, his fitness should increase. It should increase more if his training is set to low and less if his training is set to high. And I should also be able to train his fitness so that his level doesnt drop quite so low after a game if his fitness skill is high.

I think maybe im ranting in the wrong location now, but I think fitness is very important and it should be a skill to manage it, rather than it being a random thing.

Thankyou and goodnight!
