The fitness of my players wont increase.

Most of my players started off at 100% and I had my training set to high. They have now gone down to about 60% and I have reduced their training down to very low for the last couple of weeks, but it still wont improve.

Any ideas?

According to the FAQ with training set at very low, fitness should increase +5 or +6 per training session.
If this hasn't happened you may have to ask the Admin about a possible bug.
Are you sure you have checked after the training sessions on the last 2 Thursdays?

When all of my players were 100%, I set it to high, but when they dropped down to about 60%, I changed it to Very low, but now they just wont increase!

I have the impression that some recover much quicker than some others..

good to know...
Perhaps the level of the medical staff should have effect on this too.

Generally spoken I am not happy with that. Because of only a handfull players I have to reduce training to let them increase fitness. But this is a handicap for all the rest of the roster to improve their skills.
I think training intensity should be adjustable individually.

We have the database for 2 weeks ago and your training at that time was set to highest. Now your training is set to lowest. Keep it that way and we'll see what happens this week
