hi! about this nutrition centre, i did not really understand how to update it, do i need to have a supporter account? ty

You do not nee a supporter account. I think you need to look for a "+" sign on the banner of the nutrition center. I don't have one, but my team is currently <$0, so I couldn't update it anyway.

need help. it's been a week, and my skinny/chunky players are showing no progress... i upgraded to lvl 1, because i had so many players that needed a diet. i've set the weight change to 8lbs.

Wait until tomorrow morning - the first run is scheduled for tomorrow and will imo take place once a week - like training!

And i wouldnt suggest you to put them on 8 lbs - > max 5 lbs to avoid any losses on training points!
