All I have to offer that I think is worth mentioning is Lyle Cartledge (ID 441401)
Might be suitable as a back up KR/PR. I am currently working on his carrying and agility. So he'll have some serious skills by the time the WC2 happens.

I paid and scouted him myself and looks good ... keep building his catching / carrying

Had a look as well. Dude is impressive. Can you take him to max. speed? Could poss. do with a tad more vision.

Don't know that I have anyone truly good enough just yet.

Check out Bate, Rooke, Burg, Dyas, Dangerfield, Phillips and Hargrave if you wish, but they are under-developed in some areas and I think you can do better elsewhere.

Will you be looking at the high wage earning players currently with non-Oceania teams, e.g. Pierce Boyle seems as good as Mitch Watt, maybe better (equal passing, more intelligent, better teamwork, better vision, worse but still reasonable consistency)?

Mitch is improving his vision, it's at 13 now. I'm not sure teamwork matters for game play does it? Thought it was only a training issue. I'll go through my roster for you next week when I'm back home on my own PC, this borrowed laptop is annoying to use for much.

The only thing that does concern me about Mitch is the apparently very low strength cap, I can't help wondering if it impacts on the high number of intercepts I think he throws.

Yeah, the obvious place to start are the high wage earners not in the NT side as that is an indication of high skill set in something.

I still can't drop / pickup players ....

Happy to use some cash and scout players if you give me a list, and maybe I'll send the stats through privately to be fair to the owners

Managers ...

I will endeavour to keep regular updates of my thinking re player changes.

In our search for Gunners I have added a couple that should do the job, however they are as rare as hens teeth, for Australia, as are Wide Receivers.

I have made a few changes to the squad (not many) with a few additions and deletions. I am now happy with how it stands, but I encourage other managers to look over it and provide any feedback or suggestions.

My overall strategy is just to tighten the squad around skills AND consistency without wholesale changes.
