It's time for the first annual Holiday Bowl

Week 1 games are posted. Team entries are closed.

This will be a 14 team double elimination tournament lasting 8-9 weeks. Teams will be signed up on a 1st come 1st served basis, and there are 13 slots open (I have the 14th). Teams will be randomly placed within the bracket, which a sample one can be found here: http://www.printyourbrackets.com/pdfbrackets/14teamdouble.pdf

*I would like to start the tournament on December 6th, but the date may be pushed back pending on entries.

Rules
*There are two 1st round byes. When signing your team up you may specify that you want one of the byes, if no teams chose to do so, it will be given to me and the 13th entry.

*Players will be informed on who they are to play the next week. It is up to them to schedule the friendly match. The game shall be played in the larger stadium. Players failing to schedule a match will be eliminated from the tournament unless either party informs me of a forfeiture by the Sunday before the game.

*If a team has been eliminated due to a technicality (not by losing) an already eliminated team may be invited back to fill the bracket.

Sure, I'd be interested. Though I am active, I am rarely on the forums these days, so a PM when it is set up initially would be appreciated. (Then I could keep up on a regualr basis, if you tell us who to schedule with from week to week.
