Nope, you have to sell all the stadium and return to 1000 regular seats.

I have a 80K stadium, and my last league game was my first sell out for this season. Always been 2nd-4th in the standings.

Last season I had 72K stadium, and sold out every game from Week 4 onwards. Still 2nd-4th in the standings. So the magic number for winning teams must be somewhere in between.

half of the teams i listed above (which is oceania top 10) aren't even in the top division. so their base calculations are 6K lower than others.

it's nuts as they are loosing out on income from diluted vip/exec seating point of view in league games. takes about 9 weeks of winning to get 33% above the base amount. and about 13 weeks to get 50% above base. very rarely will a top div team pass the 100K mark. AFLC and top 64 or better cup games are a different story.

my first two games this season have been 64K and 72K. my max is 81K. that 72K game netted me $2039K from a 81K stadium. if i had a 72K stadium, then i would have netted $2115K (no dilution).

i lost $76K from 9K seating difference. imagine the dilution/loses from 50K seating difference.

it really depends on a few factors. and those factors are a little different between regions, mainly due to the region cup games. ASE has heaps of games, oceania does not.

you can build past the base amount, but you might lose income due to seating dilution. but extra income from cup games offset those league losses etc.

base for your level is 36,000. so you'll be selling out your home game for a while. aim for the base amount. once there, you'll have been around long enough to know how regional differnces will effect you income/attendence personally.
