Short update. SS (left and right) also block pass play. SS (middle) is not.

My thoughts are that you aren't doing much wrong and sometimes you lose to rubbish (both in real life and in match-engines)

The main worry I would have is that your young QB is doing too much work as a kicker and punter as well, and his poor kicking is getting your team into trouble with some poor field position. Kickers aren't worth spending much on wages, but at division III and above, you'd need them to be maxed out in their BPOS, and between 8 and 12 in kicking and punting. Most of the time your opponents started their drive from midfield, where chances of making a pass are improved, and your team had to start from mostly inside the 30, where 3-and-outs are more common.

The other issue I might have is more one of strategy and finance - in that you're paying $215k a week on protection for a 13K QB. I'd be looking to offload at least two of those four high-end offensive linemen. The Guards and Centres, from what I've seen, only protect the running backs, so you can probably save a good 100k a week and maybe make some transfer money too, while still having the same quality of pass-coverage.

A second quality receiver for the QB to pass to might be a nice thing as well. Young QBs in combination with classy receivers can be very dangerous combinations.

I agree with AbCat. And stamina 20 players should be replaced. Every few games they turn into 16 years old rookies unable to play

Stamina 19 is ok though right ?

And attack middle to target the TE.......

Stamina 19 is fine. I am unsure on the target the middle thing.

The players seem to run random routes unless you choose to attack the middle of the field in the game orders. Some routes will be over the middle, others will be to the outside. The QB, once he is cleared of any pass rush issues, will select the best route according to his intelligence ability. Pass will be accurate according to his vision and passing ability. One thing I have noticed is that the more accurate the passer, the more likely interceptions seem to be, though that could be purely random as well..........but stats seem to indicate this for me
